For displaced ukrainians looking for a new life in another country:

Uruguay (Уругвай) is a low populated country (needs people to grow), availability of lands, bigger than Denmark, welfare, low crime rate, soft weather.

The following provinces / department are less populated then more space available to stablish a community there:

Rocha (Роча) -


The other less populated provinces are in the interior of the country, and could be populated as there was a need to go inland from the coast:

Lavalleja ( Лавальєха )

Treinta y Tres ( Трейнта-і-Трес )

Florida ( Флорида )

Durazno ( Дурасно / Дурасна )

Tacuarembó ( Такуарембо )

Flores ( Флорес / Флёрэс )

Cerro Largo ( Серро-Ларго )


NOTE: Perhaps with crowdfunding and/or foreign financiers (russians and belarusians who want to leave their countries because they do not support what is happening) interested in establishing new homes in "charter cities" (check English Wikipedia), for example, Prospera (in Honduras), but more modest and essential, with the basic so that people can settle and stabilize there.
