I personally have experienced it, but it wasn't anything crucial. They just like to pose themselves above everyone. I guess they feel safer this way, so I don't mind.

To add to this, I saw a polling recently asking Ukrainians in Poland of their views of Polish people. Most like the Polish people more since the start of the invasion while also not really noticing much of a difference with how the Polish people treat them. It's fine, people are cool.
